1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PressWires (presswires.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PressWires is a brand operated by JetDigitalPro. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

PressWires provides hands-off, GEO-optimized press release distribution subscriptions for SEO agencies and online business owners. Our services include:

  • Topic, keyword, and statistics research with data-backed angles (newsjacking and third-party research)
  • Citation-focused press release writing and GEO optimization
  • Supporting campaign deliverables: supporting SEO article, infographic asset, and newsroom post
  • Distribution through EIN Presswire, ABNewswire, and Newswirejet
  • AI citation tracking and 30-day reporting
  • Free rewrites (up to 3 times) if the citation guarantee is not met

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are offered as monthly subscription plans:

  • Pro: $240/month — 1 press release per month ($240/release)
  • Elite: $420/month — 2 press releases per month ($210/release)
  • Authority: $780/month — 4 press releases per month ($195/release)
  • Authority Plus: $1,440/month — 8 press releases per month ($180/release)

All prices are in USD. Payment is due before service delivery. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.

4. AI Citation Guarantee

We guarantee that 80–90% of press releases we publish will be cited by at least one major AI search engine (ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews) within 30 days of publication.

If your press release does not achieve this, we will rewrite and republish it at no additional cost — up to 3 times. We adjust the angle, structure, and GEO signals based on what is working across our dataset.

In rare cases where a topic is not being surfaced by AI engines (extremely niche or low-query-volume topics), we will advise you honestly before consuming additional rewrites.

5. Turnaround Time

We guarantee a 3-business-day turnaround from brief to published. Rush delivery may be available upon request. We have never missed a deadline.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information for your press releases
  • Responding to our briefs and approval requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

PressWires and JetDigitalPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Press releases we create for you are your property once payment is received. We retain the right to use anonymized results and metrics for reporting and marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
